Grubby Dog Productions has an opportunity for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our team. This role allows someone to work with a wide range of stakeholders in our close-knit office in Central Queensland.

As part of your role, you will provide professional support to all Grubby Dog Productions employees and clients. You will undertake core reception duties, supporting project teams and project managers with document formatting, compiling reports and tenders and assisting with tender evaluations and progress claims where required. Working closely with others in the administration and facilities team, you will support the successful running of the office and have direct responsibility for managing the office’s bookable resources, including cars and meeting rooms.

**Minimum Requirements**

+ Previous experience working in the engineering/construction industry - highly regarded

+ Well-developed time management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage conflicting key priorities

+ Effective communication skills (written & verbal) and a proactive approach

+ Positive “can-do” attitude and strong client service focus

+ A keen eye for detail in document formatting

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Previous experience and knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
