**YOUR ROLE**

Create, build, and drive IAG’s Recruitment Marketing activities in this newly created role.

Your job is to make our recruitment ideas come to life. You'll be the driving force behind supporting and delivering the strategies we need to attract top talent. You'll champion our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), turning it into concrete plans that fit different parts of our company.

You'll work closely with different teams to understand what they need and then make sure it aligns with our overall recruitment goals and objectives.

Critical to your success, you are a self-starter who can navigate a large business, influence key stakeholders, and drive the best outcomes for IAG.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You have experience in both Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment and standalone Recruitment Marketing/ Employment Branding jobs.
- Can demonstrate examples of impactful recruitment marketing initiatives which you have owned
- Successful hands-on delivery of recruitment marketing assets, content, and programs
- Experience working across Australia and New Zealand markets.
- Demonstrated organisational skills, can manage multi programs of work and prioritise effectively.
