**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience working in an administration role or working within an Asset & Maintenance environment.
- Purchasing protocols and the ability to follow defined processes inclusive of invoicing.
- Interpersonal and communication skills with particular focus on meeting customer requirements - internal and external while planning and prioritising requests
- Secreteriate duties inclusinve but not limited to distriubutoin of agendas and minute taking where required for meetings
- Strong self-management skills and flexibility to adapt to unexpected changes and differing work environments

**Mandatory qualifications and other requirements**:

- While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded.
- Travel between and to all GLS sites as required.
- Hold C Class Driver's Licence
- It maybe a condition of employment for this role, for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against COVID-19 as per the Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70.
- It may be a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against one or more of the following vaccine preventable diseases during their employment (Health Employment Directive No. 01/16): measles, mumps, rubella (MMR), varicella (chicken pox),pertussis (whooping cough), hepatitis B, tuberculosis.
