**Executive Assistant - People, Culture & Communications | The Royal Melbourne Hospital**
- Support our Chief People & Communications Officer (CPCO) while contributing to high-level communications and strategic projects.
- Full-time ongoing role | Salary: $110-115K + salary packaging | 5 weeks A/L + ADOs
- Work with a team of Executive Assistants | Collaborative team environment
**About the Role**
We’re looking for an exceptional communicator and highly skilled EA to support our CPCO. This is a fantastic opportunity to refine your executive support skills while contributing to high-level communications, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Executive Support (50%) - Provide high-level administrative support to the CPCO, manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, and oversee executive and board sub-committees, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Administrative Support (25%) - Assist the Director of People & Culture and Head of Communications with operational and administrative needs.
- Communications Support (25%) - Prepare and edit key documents, manage stakeholder relationships, support major events, and maintain internal platforms to ensure templates, reports, and learning materials are up to date.
- Handle confidential documentation and correspondence with discretion.
- Assist with finance and operations tasks, including invoice management, credit card reconciliation, and event coordination.
