**The Role**

The purpose of the role is to support the people experience key lifecycle moments that matter. These include engagement and community initiatives with capability building support.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Partnering with the People Experience team to identify learning needs and develop resources for cyclical people activity including engagement, performance, flexible ways of working, inclusion & belonging and wellbeing
- Taking a human cantered design approach to crafting new tools and resources
- Effectively communicating on appropriate MYOB value exchange moments including people policies, platforms and benefits
- Delivering and developing on the design of the MYOB onboarding program
- Facilitating learning and team sessions

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- 3+ years’ experience in an organisational or learning and development role or you may be looking to step up from a coordinator role
- Use of learning resource design and development tools such as articulate rise or Canva
- An understanding of Onboarding, Learning, Performance, Engagement systems and reporting
- Delivering Learning and Organisational development programs and initiatives
- Adopting innovative approaches to engaging and developing team members
- Excellent verbal and written skills that ensure messages are communicated well
- Proven track record to form relationships and work across function/vertical areas to achieve business outcomes
