This is a blue chip Risk Advice business which has been acquired and integrated into a reputable wealth management business. The organisation have developed systems and processes that enable their Advisers to be customer facing. You’ll have access to a variety of departments internally that (if managed well) enable ongoing leads/ opportunities. On top of this, you’ll have the flexibility and support to be out in market.

**The team and organisation**

The immediate team and business you’ll be a part of are 15 people. The broader organisation have a national presence and over 1000 employees. The immediate team is small enough that you’re able to collaborate, influence staff development, and build deep relationships while the parent is large enough to be able to offer market leading employee benefits, development, and ongoing career progression.

**What you’ll need**
- Prior experience working as a Financial Adviser (along with all necessary qualifications and certification)
- A great attitude and a desire to work as part of a team
- We’re open to holistic Advisers who have a passion for specialising in Risk
