Learning and Development Adviser

**BRISBANE, MELBOURNE - CBD, SYDNEY - MACQUARIE PARK**
**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Adviser to join our Learning and Development team based in either our Melbourne, Brisbane, or Sydney (Macquarie Park) office.
Reporting to the Senior Learning and Development Manager, day-to-day your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Providing support with the design and delivery of development initiatives
- Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to project manage select programmes
- Providing co-facilitation (and sole facilitation when confident) both face to face, hybrid and virtually, at development programmes and events
- Assisting the Legal Learning Manager with group specific legal learning, including graduate, mid-level and ad-hoc events and programmes and handling CPD queries
- Supporting effective use of the firm’s global learning management system, Cornerstone On Demand
- Providing coaching to lawyers and Business Services staff as required
**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
- Demonstrable experience in event management and design and delivery of L&D programmes in a corporate environment
- Previous facilitation and coaching experience (desirable)
- Awareness of exploring and advising on development needs with individuals
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Previous experience with databases (including Learning Management Systems) is essential
- Proven ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines, while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Tertiary qualification (desirable)
