
Organisational Change and Training Analyst

To better drive and pave the way for the programme, the Department is looking for a **Organisational Change and Training Analyst**, to develop and coordinate a variety of internal and external training materials and collateral and organise engagement activities, to achieve identified outcomes and strategic objectives.
The role works closely with key areas and stakeholders to promote and highlight the work of the program through various communication channels. Great writing, researching, content development, facilitation, administration and implementation skills will be necessary for the effective development of the role.
- will be working closely with the project manager and Program Change Manager to drive successful adoption of new system processes and changes.
- will be responsible for developing, designing and delivering highly engaging, inclusive and accessible training programs utilising adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to achieve the business objectives of the programme and organisational change.
- will engage and co-ordinate with a network of change champions; who will support the implementation of the project change and communications activities.
- effectiveness in the delivery of training and engagement activities and outcomes
- able to support the Program Change manager to implement communication and change strategies
- ability to cultivate and maintain trusted partnerships with stakeholders across an agency with a focus on effective engagement, advocacy, collaboration and negotiation techniques.
- ability to manage work activities according to schedule demands and organise stakeholders using physical and virtual meetings.
- ability to work as part of a larger project team under the direction of the Program Change Manager and in conjunction with other discipline leads.
- flexibility and adaptability to different organisational cultures and to new ideas.
**Essential Qualifications/Certifications/Skills**
- Demonstrated ability to plan and undertake training needs analysis, training plans and delivery and to manage related registers and plans.
- Experience within complex businesses.
- Work well in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated high-level time management and organisational skills, as well as advanced written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be happy to travel through the state if and when required.
**Highly Desirable Qualifications/Certifications/Skills**
- Knowledge of and experience in Qld Government organisations
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business transition will be highly regarded
- Experience in working on prototypes and proof of concept environments
