Easy Authoring is looking for a goal-oriented and purpose-driven Organisational Change Manager to handle the people side of change management activities for a large government department.

**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
You will lead and effectively manage the change management activities related to the ICT-enabled projects. You will be focussing on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures. Create and implement organisational change management, communications strategies, and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Identify and engage with project stakeholders to assess the business impacts of the change in the areas of technology, organisational, people, and processes.
- Create a change management strategy providing strategic and tactical advice.
- Lead a small team of resources for the organisational change management training and communication activities required to support the implementation phase of the project if applicable
- Complete the initial complexity assessment to scope out the level of change needed.
- Create actionable deliverables for the following:

- Change impact analysis
- Resistance management plan
- Stakeholder analysis and engagement strategy
- Communications action plan
- Training plans and packages
- Working with the project manager to integrate change management activities in the project plan.
- Define and measure success metrics, monitor change progress, and develop strategies for any areas of resistance.
- Plan and coordinate the close-out activities of the project in consultation with the project manager realising ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
