**About the role**

We are seeking an ICT **Organisational Change Manager** for our mining client based in Brisbane CBD for a 12-month contract to manage all OCM activities; Stakeholder matrix, CIA, Change Plan, Comms Plan, TNA, Training Plan, Communications templates and manage the delivery of Training Materials.

**Responsibilities**
- Program organisational change management strategy and plan to drive and influence complex change management program
- Work closely with Program Management team, coordinating and delivering all organisational change and operational readiness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure business impacts and concerns are well understood
- Manage and coordinate communications across the program
- Driving deployment and change adoption into the organisation

**Skills and experience**
- Strong OCM experience in large complex enterprise environment
- Change management expertise including change management strategy development and implementation planning, benefits realisation, change adoption, change impact assessment, business readiness.
- Experience in delivering complex change projects with organisation wide impact, across multiple industries and different styles of change
- Excellent planning and organising skills in managing and executing multiple concurrent workstreams of change with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines

**Highly Desirable skills**:

- PROSCI Change Management certification or similar qualification
- Mining Systems & Infrastructure Implementation experience - highly regarded
- Experience delivering ICT projects and managed service programs of work involving organisation change
- Agile & Hybrid Agile experience
- Able to build effective working relationships with peers, vendors and stakeholders
