**Your new company**

Hays Technology are currently working with a large local government in central Brisbane. We are looking to appoint an experienced Change Manager contracting until **28/6/24** with potential extension. This role is commencing June/July.

**Your new role**

As the Change Manager, you will work alongside a team of specialists (both within the program and in the business), and you will play a key role engaging and guiding stakeholders to ensure business readiness and successful implementation of the Project.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience as a Change Manager
- Extensive experience in building relationships, coaching, and facilitating constructive conversations that challenge the status quo, and promote adoption of new behaviours, mindsets, and practices.
- Experience collaborating effectively with stakeholders to form a unified ‘one team’ mindset with a common goal of realising benefits for the business and employees.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing and delivering strategies and plans to support human performance throughout change.
- Proven ability to deliver quality outputs and outcomes.
- Successful change management experience in an ICT project management environment is highly regarded
