**CUSTOMER SERVICE OPPORTUNITY**

Our client based on the Northern Beaches are reaching out for a Customer Service Relationship Officer (CSRO). This is a key role within our clients centralised Customer Service team.

This position is offered either on a temporary basis or there is an opportunity to go permanent.

As part of the friendly small team, you will be the first point of contact for both prospective and existing customers managing a wide range of enquiries and assisting them with their quotations.

Your customer service will ensure their customers receive the best possible service experience

Ideally, you will need excellent telephone communication, patience and have excellent data entry skills.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain customer relationship by responding to customer's questions, resolving problems and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer enquiries by understanding the needs of the customer and verifying the customer's understanding of the information provided
- Create quotes based on the customer's needs and forward to the appropriate agent
- Record the enquiry and response in clients CRM System
- Respond to customer complaints in accordance with Complaints Handling Policy, and update CRM records
- Build relationships
