Our people are the heart and soul of our business. Due to continuous growth our busy inbound call centre in Frenchs Forest is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Representatives to join our well-loved Innovations brand.

Tell us what hours and days work for you, as we have a variety of shifts available between 6.00am-8.00pm Monday to Sunday.

**What you can expect to do**:

- Answer customer calls
- Process orders
- Assist with internal and external enquiries

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $25.09 - $30.95 per hour

Supplementary Pay:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Frenchs Forest NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
