Office Assistant – Northern Beaches

Salary: $60,000

We are seeking a friendly and organised Office Assistant to join team in the Northern Beaches. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys working in a supportive and positive office environment.

About the Role:

  • Answering incoming calls and providing professional customer service
  • Processing invoices and purchase orders with accuracy
  • Assisting with general office administration as required
  • Handling customer enquiries, including occasionally managing challenging situations with professionalism

About You:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers
  • Experience with invoices and purchase orders is highly regarded
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
