**THE OPPORTUNITY**
**Salary**:$60,416 - $65,237 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super (dependant on qualifications and experience).
**Time Fraction**:Part-Time, 0.5 EFT**.**Flexibility to work school hours will be considered.
**Location**:Moorabbin campus.
**WWCC**: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
**Police Check**:Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
**Position Status**:Appointment until 31 December 2025.
The Apprentice Central department is seeking a dedicated Administrative and Customer Service Officer to join our team
In this role, you will provide a range of administrative, reception, and information services, acting as the first point of contact for students and staff. Your responsibilities include offering exceptional customer service, managing student inquiries, and maintaining departmental records. You will also provide support to management, ensure compliance with policies, and produce meaningful reports. Strong administrative skills, including experience in MS Excel and student management systems and a commitment to safety standards are essential.
**ABOUT YOU**
- High-level organisational, technological, and administrative skills as well as exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, prioritising tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in office finance, data management, and Customer Relations Management Systems (CRMs).
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration (Diploma or similar) and relevant experience, ideally in the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of business communication, office management practices, and administrative technology.
- Proficiency in office-based software (MS Excel), with the ability to manipulate data and deliver clear, accurate reports.
