**About the role**
Join our team in a Greater Bank or Newcastle Permanent contact centre and unleash your customer service skills Full-time positions available at our Newcastle and Cameron Park contact centres.
Our **Customer Contact Consultants **provide outstanding customer service to our customers, you will act as the initial point of contact or both internal and external customer enquiries, ensuring efficient and effective management of calls pertaining to Greater Banks or Newcastle Permanents products and services. This varied role will ensure you are constantly learning within a supported and flexible team environment, with no workday the same.
**What are we looking for?**
- NO financial services experience required
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality industries.
- Friendly and engaging approach, able to communicate with customers and identify customer needs.
- Sound computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
- Demonstrated Problem Solving Skills.
- Positive attitude, with the ability to respond well within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a small team, while always encouraging those around you.
**What will your key responsibilities include?**
- Act as first point of contact, positively interacting with customers and building strong personal relationships.
- Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions with our comprehensive range of products and services.
- Strive towards achieving personal targets.
- Work collaboratively to contribute to team and corporate performance expectations.
