**The Role**:
- Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service via inbound and outbound telephone calls. The role will involve troubleshooting complaints and logging faults when notified by customers to enable tracking of resolutions.

**Qualifications**:
**Role Requirements**:
- We are looking for Contact Centre experience within the Utilities/Energy industry with a background of complaints handling or experience of dealing with the Ombudsman Service.
- As well as this we are looking for people who are:
- Strong communicators
- Able to work under pressure
- Receptive to learning and navigating multiple programs, including client systems
