A Service Designer (EL1) role for a Government agency working on a new project defining digital standards
**Your new company**
You will join a leading agency based in Canberra CBD, work has direct impact on the landscape in Federal Government. As a result of recent shifts in the market, a new project team is being created to address these changes to ensure quality standardisation going forward.
**Your new role**
You will work as apart of a newly formed small multi-disciplinary team of ASP professionals working towards the same goals and deadlines of EOFY. Reporting to an EL2, you will use your industry experience and knowledge of Service design, to conduct analysis in order to inform best practice and set governance standards for digital practices.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You'll need a passion for strong Service Design and relevant industry experience to form your work, along with
- Analyse the digital landscape, to understand complexities, pain points, and opportunities for digital transformation and develop artefacts to inform on-going digital governance
- Lead industry research and analysis to make connections and inform the digital services blueprint
- Provide timely, expert and strategic advice, develop communications, and quality assure documents
- Have the capacity to problem solve and provide a significant contribution to innovation, during the establishment of the branch.
- Strong and engaging communication skills, which you can use to influence positive outcomes and work through any challenges which might arise of being apart of a new project with hard deadlines.
**What you'll get in return**

Flexible working arrangements are available, as long as they don't impact the project needs.
