We are looking for a talented Service Designer to join our dynamic team. As part of our SAFe Agile environment, you will play a crucial role in enhancing user experiences and meeting agency objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and stakeholders, to design and improve our service offerings. Baseline Security Clearance required.

**Your day at NTT**
- Conduct analysis and research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- Develop service blueprints, backbones, journey maps, and personas to visualize and communicate service design concepts.
- Collaborate with Product Management and technical staff to refine scope and backlogs, ensuring alignment with service design artifacts.
- Work with delivery teams to integrate service design principles into the development process.
- Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders to ideate and prototype service solutions.
- Continuously iterate on service designs based on emerging requirements, user feedback, and data-driven insights.

**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- Several years of demonstrable experience in a design role involving analysis/research and the development of service design artifacts.
- Experience working within a scaled agile delivery framework.
- Relevant tertiary and/or professional certifications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Miro, Figma, Useberry, Hotjar, and understanding of design thinking principles and techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret user data and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
