**The Role**
Reporting to the Team Manager of Corporate Services, the Corporate and Finance Officer is responsible to assist the following portfolios:
1. Corporate and Finance
2. Communication and Stakeholder Relations.

This role is working within the Corporate and Finance portfolio supporting the APS5 Corporate and Finance Officer as well as preforming the following duties:

- arranges and manages all corporate matters on behalf of the office. This includes acting as a departmental and stakeholder liaison to support the day-to-day management of the office
- oversees all financial management matters including the USI budget and procurement activities
- co-ordinates a range of internal communications and maintains the office SharePoint site
- drives USI culture initiatives and oversees associated activities, including the work undertaken by the OSIR Culture Club
- provides support and assistance for Outreach activities
- manages Critical Incident management reporting.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
Responsibilities of the APS Level 4 may include:

- maintain the ‘Corporate’ and ‘Finance’ mailboxes collating and following up information to ensure deadlines are met
- assist the team to manage USI procurements
- pay invoices via a corporate credit card and the department’s procurement system (HUB)
- liaise with departmental and building maintenance stakeholders to help the team oversee the day-to-day management of the office
- proactively provide administration support to the team and OSIR leadership
- assist in the management of all office supplies and equipment
- electronic records management including the use of Visio, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook suite
- assist with the management of ‘HPE Content Manager’
- assist the team to action ad-hoc tasks and deliver on projects in line with our mission statement goals and business priorities
- undertake tasks to support outreach events such as ordering promotional materials, packing bags, and organising couriers
- assist staff with travel and accommodation bookings and supports staff to manage and acquit their travel credit card
- assist the Student Identifiers Registrar and leadership team to arrange meetings via Outlook and Microsoft Teams, including the management of break-out rooms
- assist the team and OSIR Culture Club to arrange and oversee team-building activities
- arrange travel for the Student Identifiers Registrar including credit card reconciliation and acquittal activities.
