About us
The Finance team across the APAC region provide a trusted front-line financial support service. As part of our commitment to developing and servicing our key clients, we are looking for a Finance Officer to join us in our Adelaide office. Working within a tight knit Finance team committed to the Australian business unit, but with links into our wider APAC regional finance team.
The opportunity:
The Finance officer role is to support the Finance Manager and taking on the
business day to day finance administrative processing.
Role responsibilities:

- Journal entry support / schedule s/ monthly reconciliations
- Accounts payable / receivable processes
- Timesheet administration
- Credit Card reconciliation
- Support for additional Finance processes from time to time, including payroll, tax, reporting and analysis
- Assist in annual budgeting process
- Support new ERP roll out
- What you’ll bring to the team:

- If this is your first finance role, or you bring along experience in a similar role, we want to hear from you
- High attention to detail
- Good communicator with strong relationship building skills
- Team player with a ‘Can-do’ attitude and willing to learn
- Experience with MS Office and basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Be an active participant in demonstrating Mott MacDonald’s Values and Behaviours
