**About The Role**:
We are looking for a motivated, passionate and experienced Account Manager who has extensive knowledge and experience within the promotional products, branding and marketing industry to join our team on a full-time basis.

You will be a key part of our team and will be responsible for completing a wide range of tasks such as:

- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Project manage various client briefs
- Researching and sourcing products
- Estimating large and small scale projects
- Preparing detailed quotes and presentations
- Creating purchase orders in Xero
- Liaising with our designer for final proofs
- Working with suppliers to order products and managing production
- Manage timelines and fulfilment
- Provide exceptional client experience through the whole process
- Be the hero of our online CRM
- Full‐Time, Australian-based role from our Miranda office

**About You**:

- Must have experience in the promotional, branding or marketing industry
- Have 3+ years account management experience
- Are positive, motivated and willing to learn
- Are a great multitasker and can manage and meet deadlines
- Are able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Have exceptional communication skills
- Are very proficient using a computer

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
- Signing bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Miranda, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
