**About Us**

We are committed to delivering quality services to our NDIS and Aged Care participants, and we're looking for a motivated professional to join our team as a Support Worker.- Engaging person-centred active support in personal care, domestic assistance, and prepare meal for clients.- Develop and implement engaging programs and assist the client with access to the community.- Utilise your personal experience to provide emotional support, inspire, listen ear and connect to help disabilities and elderly people navigate challenges.- Collaborate with our team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.- Adapt service delivery and support as appropriate to meet participant needs and goals while following the support plan in place while following the support plan in place.- Promote and assist Clients to live an active, healthy and positive lifestyle.- Follow all organisational policies, regulations and procedures.- Any other reasonable duties as required.

**Essential Requirements**Ability to communicate in**(Language Criteria)**- Previous experience working as support worker or similar is preferred.- Current valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.- High level of time management and organisational ability.- Certificate III and above in Aged Care or Individual Support or Community Service or Disability will be an advantage.- Satisfactory Australian National Police check, Working with Children Check, NDIS worker screening check or willing to obtain these documents.- Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate.
