About Us

We are committed to delivering quality services to our NDIS and Aged Care participants, and we're looking for a motivated professional to join our team as a Support Worker.

Job Description

  • Engaging person-centred active support in personal care, domestic assistance, and prepare meal for clients.
  • Develop and implement engaging programs and assist the client with access to the community.
  • Utilise your personal experience to provide emotional support, inspire, listen ear and connect to help disabilities and elderly people navigate challenges.
  • Collaborate with our team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Adapt service delivery and support as appropriate to meet participant needs and goals while following the support plan in place while following the support plan in place.
  • Promote and assist Clients to live an active, healthy and positive lifestyle.
  • Follow all organisational policies, regulations and procedures.
  • Any other reasonable duties as required.

Essential Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in (Language Criteria)
  • Previous experience working as support worker or similar is preferred.
  • Current valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • High level of time management and organisational ability.
  • Certificate III and above in Aged Care or Individual Support or Community Service or Disability will be an advantage.
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police check, Working with Children Check, NDIS worker screening check or willing to obtain these documents.
  • Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate.
