We are seeking Reliable, Enthusiastic, Motivated and Professional Disability Support Worker to work in Multiple locations in Western and North Western Sydney Area.

**Must have Drug and Alcohol, Complex Mental Health Experience -NDIS Sector**

As a Disability Support Worker you will be required to assist people with:

- Ability to manage complex mental health Behaviour - Extensive knowledge of challenging behaviour, incident report and management.

*Personal care - showering, dressing, grooming
- Household tasks - household cleaning and laundry
- Skill development - shopping, cooking, Financial management
- Transport - transport to appointments and/or shopping
- Social & Community participation - engage in the community, meet people

Applicant must meet below mandatory requirements:

- Relevant Industry experience working with clients who have a physical/mental health disability.
- Must have Behaviour management experience.
- Cert IV in Disability or equivalent
- NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain

*Working with Children check ID.

*Medication management and administration

*Valid Police Clearance check.

*Completed all NDIS Modules.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Current Manual Handling Certificate or willing to obtain
- Valid Driver's License

*Comprehensive Vehicle insurance.

*Valid Infection Control certificate (Not older than one year).
- Covid vaccination
- Flu vaccination

*Australia resident or must hold Valid Working rights

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.95 - $40.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (required)

**Experience**:

- Working with people with Mental Health: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
