**The Client & Role**:
We are currently working with a trusted Australian financial services organisation who are looking to undertake a large-scale ERP (Workday) project. Due to an increased demand in the area they are looking for a Workforce Procurement Officer to join the team on an initial 12 month contract with likely extensions following the project lifecycle.

**Your responsibilities**:
As the new Workforce Procurement Officer, you will initially be working within the P&C space where you will immerse yourself in the domain, gain valuable insights and perform essential onboarding tasks while you learn the internal processes.

Once you have developed a solid understanding of the internal operations you will transition into the ERP project team where you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that workforce procurement activities are successfully managed such as managing procurement processes, reporting, contract management, vendor selection and purchase order allocation among other things.

**Your skills & specialisms**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Procurement, Human Resources, or Information Management disciplines.
- Prior experience within workforce procurement, purchase order allocation or onboarding.
- Experience within high level corporate environments.
- Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior knowledge and experience utilizing Workday or similar ERP's
- Demonstrated ability as a pro-active team player, with tasks and issues assigned followed through to completion.
