Seeking an experienced HR professional for a stand-alone role within a construction company

**Your new company**

Your new company is a leading Melbourne-based residential construction company, based in Port Melbourne.
They are seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

**Your new role**

As an HR Coordinator, you will report into the General Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

- Recruitment, onboarding and induction process for new starters
- HR policy and procedure changes and roll out
- Coordinate staff training via third party providers
- Employee engagement and wellbeing events
- Payroll
- Internal Fire Warden & OHS representative
- Point of contact for all office management related items such as IT, stationery and phones

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in HR administration
- Ability to work independently on HR related tasks
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Strong stakeholder management
