We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Delivery Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our IT deliverables across various projects. You will facilitate the project quality assurance process (based on the NCS Integrated Quality Framework).

Work alongside the Delivery Leadership team, you will be involve in collaborating with project teams, stakeholders, and other departments to implement and maintain quality standards, processes, and procedures. Working with other NCS teams (e.g. Global Process and Quality Excellence) to leverage their skills and expertise in achieving the goals of the Delivery Excellence team.

**Qualifications**
- Degree (or other qualification) in information technology, project management or related disciplines.
- Proven IT project management experience
- A strong understanding of project delivery methods, processes and tools.
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes.
- The ability to undertake project quality assurance activities (e.g. project reviews).
- Excellent communications skills.
- Quality assurance management experience
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Stakeholder management
- Process improvement
- Scope management

Good to have:

- Certifications in project management competency (e.g. PRINCE2) or related disciplines.
- Training in Quality Assurance.
- Experience in undertaking a quality manager role in a large organisation, ideally within professional services, IT consultancy
- Knowledge of methodologies and standards related to quality of IT project delivery (e.g. ISO9001).
