Working within our Air Mobility Solutions division, where we specialise in Air Traffic Management systems, the purpose of the Quality Assurance Manager is to ensure quality and provide support and advice to the product, bid and/or project team(s).

You will identify and report on risk and non-compliance against the framework and requirements, as well as well as generate and manage strategies and/or action plans to mitigate risks.

You might have a background in quality management within the engineering sector or you might be an Engineer/Developer who wants a transition into the quality space - we are open to both types of backgrounds

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Assure that customer requirements and feedback (positive & negative) are properly handled
- Provide the Project Quality Advice(s) and/or Bid Quality Advice(s) to project teams and Senior Management.
- Assure correct process tailoring and implementation of critical milestones Conduct audit schedule (process, supplier, internal and/or external) Define and manage project specific quality requirements and objectives including preparation of quality plans if required
- Undertake required supplier quality activities
- Assure use of lessons learnt
- Facilitate problem solving and root cause analysis / 8D
- Fulfil the duty of alert and veto
- Use the quality management tool (Intelex) for recording and reporting Non
- conformances (NCs) and Internal Quality Audits
- Perform trend analysis of quality data and analyse and report significant trends
- Support customer and third-party ISO9001 audit(s )

**Ideally you will possess**:

- Experience in quality management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to understand and critique requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to prepare and present reports.
- Ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Diplomacy skills, including the ability to withstand pressures and say 'no' when quality is insufficient or processes are not being adhered to.
- Ability in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Tertiary Qualifications in business or commerce, project management or engineering, with related technical expertise and/or experience.
- Audit Qualifications (e.g. Lead Auditor) background or qualifications is desirable.
