We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Quality Assurance Coordinator to join the Quality Assurance team located in Brisbane's Inner East, QLD.

This full-time role will be responsible for documentation management of the Quality Systems and support of the Quality Assurance teams. The role will also perform as the second in charge to the Quality Assurance (QA) Manager as well as provide back up to the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Supervisors

Additional role requirements include:

- Ensure work procedures and all other form changes are documented and communicated to key staff.
- Review results of third-party lab for samples/swabs and verification.
- Conduct audits on Leading Hands, QA/QC Supervisors, and key operators.
- Daily review and completion of pre-shipment paperwork prior to off-HOLD release.
- Assist HACCP team to maintain quality control standards in line with the operational requirements.
- Manage and ensure calibration schedule for all testing equipment is completed by staff responsible.
- Assist QA Manager in the completion of internal audits on all QA systems as per Internal Audit Schedule and maintain accurate report and effective corrective action for non-compliant findings.
- Assist in managing external audits (announced/unannounced) and liaise with auditors during audit process and assist with audit findings to close out.
- Provide input and support in relation to Work Instructions and training operators.
- Perform the role of acting QA/QC Supervisor as required during any leave absences.

**About you**
It is essential that you have the following experience/skills:

- Qualifications and experience in HACCP Principles & Practices
- Previous experience to BRC, SFP Qld, DAWE, WSEP and CFMSR standards
- Experience in the Ready to Eat Small-goods and Meat Processing industries
