**_The Role_**

This position has come about due to the winning of a new contract. They are looking for a CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ADMINISTRATOR to join their team on the road to their continued success.

Importantly there will be scope to continue your personal career development to other areas of the business in due course - it’s really just up to you

Reporting to the Customer Service Leader in Mentone, this role involves:

- Being the first point of contact for queries and information
- Liaise closely with our client and their on-site management.
- Liaise with their internal team to ensure delivery expectations are met
- Resolve any issues with their internal distribution team and transport partners.
- Report any barriers impacting delivery excellence.
- Identification of Continuous Improvement opportunities and working with their manager to review and implement.
- Supporting the collation and reporting on KPI’s to their clients
- Be results orientated with a positive attitude and a strong customer service focus.
- Be self-motivated - a proven ability to work steadily and accurately without direct supervision
- Communicate professionally with customers, receivers, suppliers and service providers
- Have minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing and distribution environments - ideally in a customer facing role

Hours are generally from 8.00am - 4.00pm or 10.00am - 6.00pm, so you need to be able work within these times.
