This game-changing solution has transformed the way equipment dealers connect with manufacturers, providing a simple, dynamic and real-time specification and quoting experience that will support the growth and success of hospitality businesses.
**About this Opportunity**:
As the Partner Experience Manager, you’ll build and enhance great relationships, onboard new dealer partners, provide platform demonstrations, and uncover opportunities to enhance the Specifi technology platform to meet customer needs.
Your networking skills will contribute to enhanced dealer and customer satisfaction, driving adoption of the Specifi platform, creating an army of delighted customers, and increasing revenue growth for SilverChef and our partners.
**Some of your responsibilities will include**:
Onboard new dealers and provide product demonstrations for prospective and existing customers.
Analyse software requirements based on dealer and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Promote the value of the Specifi platform resulting in market adoption.
Enhance the dealer experience by creating training courses and educational materials.
Upsell services and products in alignment with the brand image.
Proactively develop and expand on internal product knowledge and stay updated on new releases and processes.
**What You’ll Need to Succeed**:
Proficient in technical skills relevant to the platform (Databases, CRM, quotation platform, pricing databases).
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
Previous experience in sales and cold calling considered advantageous.
Exceptional communication and presentations skills.
Strong familiarity with the hospitality equipment ecosystem including dealer landscape is highly desirable.
Proven experience as a product owner/ technical specialist or Customer Success Manager in a technical or digital field is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
