In partnership with So Shiny Cleaning Company, we ensure our properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality, creating memorable stays for every guest.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager & Guest Experience Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple Airbnb accommodations. This role involves managing all aspects of property maintenance, guest satisfaction, and coordinating with So Shiny Cleaning Company to ensure every guest enjoys a flawless and comfortable stay.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Experience Management**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, special requests, and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure seamless communication before, during, and after stays.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and review feedback to improve guest satisfaction.
- **Property Management**:
- Oversee the upkeep of multiple Airbnb accommodations, ensuring they are well-maintained and guest-ready.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance or supply needs.
- Manage inventory, restocking essential items as required.
- **Coordination with So Shiny Cleaning Company**:
- Schedule and supervise cleaning services to guarantee impeccable standards.
- Provide feedback to the cleaning team to maintain excellence.
- Coordinate deep cleaning and seasonal refreshes for properties.
- **Operational Excellence**:
- Implement and maintain operational systems to streamline booking, communication, and guest management processes.
- Handle emergency situations, such as repairs or guest complaints, efficiently and professionally.
- **Reporting & Improvement**:
- Track guest feedback and provide actionable insights to enhance property performance.
- Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and revenue.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or Airbnb operations is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to coordinate with third-party vendors and cleaning teams effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward guest and property challenges.
- Availability to handle occasional after-hours guest inquiries or emergencies.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $48,552.43 - $70,450.89 per year
