**Your new role**
- To perform a range of processing & administrative activities efficiently and accurately in accordance with policies and procedure, in order to provide external customers and business partners with a cost effective and efficient best practice administrative service.
- This is a customer dealing role responsible for the trade management, confirmation, reconciliation and also to support with the settlement in the global FXMM business.
- The role is rotational with a shift element supporting the Australia, Asia, London and New York markets.
- To process the allocated workload within the area of operation, efficiently, accurately and within the timescales and standards set out in performance standards and targets, utilising in-house systems as required, in order to provide internal and external customers with a high-quality support
- To liaise with business partners and external customers (including traders, dealers and bankers), ensuring that instructions, inquiries and queries, are acted on efficiently and effectively, seeking to maintain effective working relationships
- To escalate any problems, issues or risks which could potentially have a negative impact on any aspect of business operations, financial position or the level and quality of service provided to customers. e.g. reconciliation variances

- A strong focus on customer experience and handling each and every interaction, with the customer front of mind

- Ability to work together in a team in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
- Experience in working though problems to provide a positive outcome
- Timely escalation of issues to ensure correct customer & business outcomes.
