Exciting opportunities have arisen in our Melbourne Airport operations to build a career with one of the most successful independent retail foreign exchange groups. We are dedicated to developing the skills of individuals and to help them to achieve their goals.

The role involves providing first class customer service to international travellers by the buying and selling of foreign currency. You will be responsible for:

- Servicing customer enquiries and securing FX deals
- Building customer rapport and repeat business
- Daily branch duties

**Additional Information**:

- It is essential that you have previous Retail or Customer Service Experience
- You must have excellent communication skills and be able to negotiate with customers by helping them understand their foreign currency needs.
- In return for your commitment, we’ll offer you in-depth training and development, competitive pay and an exciting incentive scheme for hitting sales targets.
- You must have the ability to work under pressure
- You must be eligible to work in Australia
- Full Time - afternoon/evening shifts 38 hours per week working Monday - Friday.
- Part Time - morning shifts (6am start) 22.5 hours per week working Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.
