FX Dealer - Melbourne, Australia

In this role, you will work with a portfolio of SME clients on their foreign exchange requirements to achieve set business and digitalization goals. You are expected to actively service these clients on their payment requirements on both our online and offline channels.
- Provide expertise in the areas of corporate foreign exchange and payment solutions to our corporate clients
- Client relationship management
- Booking FX deals over the phone for customers.
- Hedging discovery and upselling
- Monitoring market conditions
- You will also be essential to the strategy of digitalizing our SME customer bases to drive servicing efficiency

**You will ideally have**:

- Some experience in Sales or Dealing
- Exposure to a foreign exchange or payments environment
- Comfortable on the phone with corporate clients to explore their needs and present solutions
- Degree preferred
- Ability to excel in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for foreign exchange and sales
