Employing over 60 staff, we have a purpose-built head office at Norwood and have three other stores at Seacombe Gardens, Mount Barker & Gepps Cross.

**The Role**:
We are currently looking add a full time sales order entry role to our team located at our head office in Norwood.

The role includes but not limited to:

- Checking and Processing of confirmed customer orders into system.
- Prepare and send order list to different manufacturers.
- Send production batch sheet to factory daily.
- Replying in timely manner query raised by Sales Representative and manufactures.
- Communicate with suppliers.
- Pricing analysis of orders

**You Must Have**:

- High level of accuracy and speed in data entry skills (7,500+ ksph)
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills with adaptable to learning new software
- Organisational skills
- Competent written and oral communication skills (English)
- Positive attitude, calm, confident and cheerful
