We have an Exciting new career opportunity for a Dental Lab Manager to join our dedicated Outsourcing Dental Laboratory Team in Adelaide.

**Job Duties**:

- Liaising with sales, production and finance teams
- Taking ownership of client queries and using your industry knowledge and experience
- Improving protocols and policy in order to streamline workflow
- Building and maintaining a positive work enviroment for all employees
- Onboarding and training new team members
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at all times
- Managing deliveries of incoming and outgoing orders
- Assisting with case entry and laboratory duties when required
- Receptionist duties, including customer service, scheduling sales appointments, answering Dentist enquiries

**Skills & experience**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organized
- Excellent multitasking
- Time management skills
- Previous experience in Dental industry required
- Reception skills are essential
- Able to manage time sensitive delivery
- Reliable employee whotakes responsibility for their assignments and meets deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced level of computer skills
- We will provide training for the sucessful applicant

VTS Dental Head office is located in Sydney and you wil report directly to the Executive commitee.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
