
Corporate Services Assistant

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services your role will be to provide support to the business in a number of areas. This business is a rapidly growing Engineering / Consulting business and has large-scale, long-term contacts in place, making this a stable place of employment. This business is currently looking for a proactive and responsible administrator/bookkeeper and office all-rounder. Someone who is happy to be hands-on, from elementary through to complicated and challenging tasks. This is a busy role where no two days are the same.
**Duties**:
**Bookkeeping **and updating financial information - invoicing, monthly reporting, debtor follow up, monthly payroll of 60 staff and weekly creditor payments.
**Assist with Human Resources** -onboarding and offboarding of employees, attend to payroll queries, maintaining employee records and writing jobs advertisements.
**Marking** - LinkedIn posts and updating social media
**Operational**:
- Review preferred supplier agreements, compile insurance information, maintain procedures and policies, IT assistant where required, building maintenance, purchasing of office supplies.
**Skills**:
Must be able to multitask, work collaboratively and as part of a team.
Have experience as an office all-rounder, including bookkeeping, and general administration and human resource support.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience delegating and reviewing work of others.
