This is a great opportunity to support the Corporate Services Manager and the wider team with the day-to-day running of the office, coordination of Munich Re Australia events and meetings as well as providing ad hoc admin support to the Corporate Services, HR, IT and the Great Lakes Australia (GLA) teams.

Your job
- Provide effective coordination and planning of internal and external events and meetings (Steptember, Staff End of Year party, Oktoberfest, Culture Week, Bring Your Whole Self to Work Week, Lunar New Year)
- Support the Corporate Services Manager with the premises and day-to-day running of the office
- Assist with on and offboarding to the GLA business unit
- Fire warden and First Aid contact
- Participate in the WHS Committee and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion working groups
- Gift card and corporate gift management
- Provide ad hoc administration support for the Corporate Services, HR, IT and GLA teams
- Key travel booking contact for HR, IT and GLA teams provide guidance on visit programs
- Switchboard relief and back-up support for wider Team/ Executive Assistants

**Profile**:

- Previous Team Assistant experience is preferred
- Experience in providing effective support to senior leaders ideally within a financial or professional services company
- Experience with event coordination
- Proven proactivity, strong administration, organisational and prioritisation skills
- Effective stakeholder management and coordination
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office and computer skills
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and use professional judgement
- Ability to effectively build trust, credibility and maintain strong relationships
