Regional Sales Manager

**Kooler Ice Australia, **the leader in the ice vending industry, is seeking an energetic, innovative, and seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in sales to join our sales team. Ice vending is a fast-growing industry, and this is an excellent opportunity to get into a fun and exciting industry.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you must have a proven track record in developing and closing new sales, as well as the ability to identify and target different markets for the sale of our products. This position requires a self-starter who is comfortable and aggressive in cold calling, as well as experienced in working and selling over the phone.
This position is for seasoned sales professionals only with at least 5 years of sales experience. While the position will receive high quality leads; cold calling experience is required, and experience with large or national accounts or accounts in the C-Store/Retail/ Petroleum/Car Wash markets or other direct retail sales experience is a definite plus.
**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Proven track record in sales
- Skilled in presenting to and working with corporate clients
- Have a proven track record of working with C-Store/Retail/Car Wash and/or National accounts
- Experience in marketing and generating sales leads
- Experience in Social media advetising
- Experience selling over the phone as well as cold calling in person
- Must be knowledgeable on PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and proficient in the use of Contact Management Software.
- Bachelor's Degree in business preferred_ **but not essential**_ not all salespeople come from formal university
**Role & Responsibilities**
- Actively seek opportunities with leads that are given.
- Focus on driving B2B sales and new supply chains.
- Develop growth strategies and plans.
- Writing business proposals and delivering sales presentations.
- Trade marketing, organising promotions for wholesale accounts.
- Manage and retain relationships with clients.
