**Busy varied inbound sales role with a great team environment**:

Reporting to a senior manager and working from their brand-new site in Beresfield - Newcastle, this role will be responsible for servicing and converting inbound sales enquiries for NSW in a team environment. You will have the satisfaction of growing accounts and following the sale all the way through the process.

**_ You will be focusing on:_**
- Growing container hire and sales
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM (HubSpot), Quotes and Invoicing systems
- Creating and growing trusted outcome-focused relationships with clients
- Around 10% outward bound business development including on occasion visiting prospects
- Assisting the Australian and NZ teams with their container needs and ensuring refrigerated containers are inspected prior to hire or sale
- Being there for the TITAN team, whether it be sales or operations

**You**:

- Really like providing solutions to customer needs, and adding your own ideas to ensure we get the best outcome on time and at a competitive rate for our clients
- Are comfortable in a sales role and have a proven track record over the last couple of years of creating new relationships, being exceptionally responsive and delivering the numbers - you like the “win”
- Take a pride in getting the details right - in quotes, in our CRM system and in communication with our clients - we are working to ISO standards so it's important you like a job well done
- Proactively like to report how you are doing and attend sales meetings ready to contribute
- Have come from a customer-driven industry and are willing to go the extra mile to help solve a problem for a customer or a colleague
- Will be provided training on company systems and processes but you will need to be able to pick up technology quickly, be open to learning new skills and be able to manage processes according to our systems - every time.

If you have come from a logistics, transport, or similar operating environment it would be helpful as there is a combination of business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales.
