Key Responsibilities
- Empower participants to build **independence and confidence** through daily activities
- Collaborate with a **multidisciplinary team** to ensure holistic, person-centred care
- Balance **hands-on support** with administrative duties efficiently
- Provide **leadership, mentorship, and guidance** to support staff
- Coordinate programs that enhance participants’ **quality of life and wellbeing**:
- Maintain **high standards of service delivery and compliance**:
- Liaise with allied health professionals, families, and community supports
- Contribute flexibly across **leadership, support, and administrative capacities**
About You

Essential Criteria
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in support work or a related role
- Demonstrated **leadership and team coordination** experience
- Proficient in **administrative tasks** (rostering, documentation, reporting, compliance)
- Excellent **verbal and written communication** skills
- Ability to work **autonomously and collaboratively** in a dynamic environment
- **Clearances & Certificates** (or willingness to obtain):
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- National Police Check
- First Aid and CPR
- **Driver’s licence (P1 or higher)** and reliable access to a vehicle
- Competent with **Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong understanding of **therapeutic support roles and responsibilities**
Desirable Qualifications
- Certificate IV or higher in **Community Services, Social Work, Disability Support, Youth Work, Mental Health, Allied Health**, or a related field
- Previous experience in a **leadership or senior support role**:
- Familiarity with **NDIS frameworks, policies, and best practices**
