Concierge Team Leader

As a Concierge Team Leader, you'll be the heartbeat of our guest experience, setting the standard and leading by example.
As a Concierge Team Leader, you will be acting as our brand ambassador as the first point of contact for all our members and guests. You will be working in our reception and Lobby areas, providing exceptional customer service to our guests and members in a friendly and professional manner ensuring our guests are informed of Club activities and promotions.
You will have the chance to fast-track your learning, surprise and delight customers, express your creativity and work with a fun, enthusiastic, passionate team.

**The role**:
We are looking for an individual who is able to lead the team and maintain the highest level of customer service. The role also requires a leader who is able to:

- Develop team members to deliver customer service excellence
- Manage the team and delegate tasks during peak trade periods
- Create a work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction
- Resolve member and guest complaints
- Supervision of assigned staff including; training, coaching and performance feedback
- Ensure a safe working environment
- Provide up to date information to our members and guests on all Club services

**Essential Criteria**:

- Demonstrated leadership experience or potential, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and supervise a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A flexible approach to a varied roster; across days, nights and weekends
- Immaculate personal presentation and grooming
- Valid NSW RSA and RCG Competency Card
