NoosaCare are seeking an experienced and skilled People, Learning and Culture (PLC) Advisor, who will undertake a variety of high-level professional Human Resource activities. Working alongside the PLC Team and reporting to the PLC Manager, this role will work towards the NoosaCare 2026 Strategic Plan and the PLC subset strategic and work plans.

**As PLC Advisor at NoosaCare you will**:
The People, Learning and Culture (PLC) Advisor’s responsibility is to support NoosaCare in all aspects of employee relations and implement strategies that will attract, engage, and develop employees and build upon a high-performance culture that promotes NoosaCare as an employer of choice.
This role will provide advice and support to all NoosaCare staff on a range of PLC matters, particularly performance management, grievances, complaints of bullying, harassment & discrimination and other employee relations matters including interpersonal conflict to ensure effective resolution in accordance with NoosaCare policies and procedures.
The PLC Advisor will support the implementation of the NoosaCare workforce strategy. Undertaking research and implementing current innovative methods to upskill, recruit and retain high performing, quality staff. Stakeholder engagement and management will be a key feature of this position ensuring key relationships are established and maintained. Some of the position functions may include:
- Providing high level advice and support to managers and staff on a range of PLC matters, particularly performance management, grievances, complaints of bullying, harassment & discrimination and other employee relations matters including interpersonal conflict to ensure effective resolution.
- Delivering efficient and effective PLC requirements including recruitment, retention and staff (including volunteer) recognition.
- Supporting the implementation of the NoosaCare workforce strategy.
- Be a driver and role model of workplace culture, ensuring NoosaCare is an organisation where staff are heard, valued and well supported.
- Integrate the continuous quality improvement of systems, processes and policies.
- Ensure that NoosaCare is a safe place to work and support any issues pertaining to work and health safety in collaboration with the WHS Officer.
- Undertake a variety of PLC reporting requirements to support and measure the workforce and other PLC action plans and projects.
**Key Performance Indicators include (but are not limited to)**:
- Working under the direction and guidance of the People, Learning and Culture Manager and Chief Operation Officer.
- Delivering efficient and effective PLC functions, including accountability for end-to-end recruitment support.
- Responsible for implementing and reporting compliance with staff policies and procedures in collaboration with the Department Heads.
