**about the role**:
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for executing effective People and Culture programs, providing support and guidance to managers and employees, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation and industry regulations. You will also collaborate with the broader team to implement initiatives, run employee engagement programs, and provide insights and recommendations to senior leaders to drive continuous improvement.
