**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with leaders and key stakeholders, providing tailored HR advice and support to ensure alignment with business goals and cultural objectives.- Coaching & Development: Work directly with leaders, coaching them through challenging people issues and supporting the development of high-performing teams.- Expert Advice: Provide expert advice on a broad range of HR matters, with a focus on IR, ER, and performance management, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices.- Hands-on Support**: Be present on-site, working closely with leaders and teams, getting to the heart of people challenges and driving positive outcomes.- People and Culture Growth**: Contribute to the development and execution of people initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and drive organisational success.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience: You have proven experience in HR advisory roles, with a strong foundation in IR, ER, and performance management.- Hands-On Approach: You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, work on the ground, and engage directly with leaders and teams.- Stakeholder Management: You have a track record of building solid relationships with key stakeholders and have the ability to influence at all levels.- Ambition: You’re eager to continue your professional development and take the next step in your HR career, with a clear ambition to transition into a People and Culture Business Partner role.
