**About the role**:
Our Client is seeking a people & Culture Coordinator to provide administrative support across multiple areas of Human resources, Such As; Recruitment, On-Boarding, Employee development, well-being & the day-to-day operational needs of the business.

This role is based in Yandina 3 days per week. Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays with an additional Friday once per month.

**About you**:

- Human resource Qualification or equivalent
- Experience in a people and culture Coordinator role
- Understanding of employment law and best practice
- Exposure to the return to work process (WorkCover)
- Organised and diligent approach
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to Multitask
