**Your new company**

Our client is a family run start-up that is now one of Australia’s leading bakery businesses. With established national partnerships, they are set for significant growth and development this year. To support their business through this progression and manage various projects and initiatives, they need an experienced People & Culture Business Partner who will be based locally in their Bells Creek location.

**Your new role**
- Provide guidance and coaching to Managers and Supervisors on all P&C/IR matters
- Offer effective support across the employee lifecycle including recruitment & onboarding, employee relations, reward and recognition and learning & development
- Provide HR insights and data to drive performance and culture
- Conduct timely reporting and analysis to support development of P&C initiatives
- Assist in identifying the need for policy review or current policy amendment and then development, or amendment of P&C policies
- Support employee engagement initiatives and planning
- Provide a consistent approach to IR/ER investigation & management of disciplinary outcomes across the business
- Management and coaching of the People and Culture Administrator.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Degree qualifications within Human Resources is required
- Industry experience within the blue-collar manufacturing environment is essential
- 3-5 years’ experience at HRBP or HR Advisor/ Officer level
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- It is critical that you can prioritise effectively, adhere to tight deadlines, and display a flexible work approach
- Ability to display excellent judgement drive and initiate within the workplace and be able to work within a fast-paced team environment.
