We are a fast-growing global women’s fashion company with design and sales teams based in Australia and the US, and production in China. We are seeking a highly experienced **Head of Production** to oversee and manage our end-to-end production process, ensuring our collections are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the production function across multiple regions (Australia, US, and China).
- Oversee all stages of product development from design handover to bulk production.
- Liaise closely with design, merchandising, and sales teams to align production with market timelines.
- Manage and strengthen vendor relationships, negotiating costs, lead times, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company quality control standards and ethical sourcing requirements.
- Solve production issues proactively and ensure smooth cross-border communication.
- Provide leadership to the production team and drive continuous improvement in processes.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience (8+ years) in production management within the **women’s fashion industry**.
- Strong understanding of garment manufacturing, fabrics, trims, and quality control.
- Excellent bilingual communication skills - **fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese** (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Experience working with offshore factories (China experience highly desirable).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor a high-performing team.
